Available exclusively in the Philippines through RASA Surveying Instruments, the Hi-Target iBoat BS12 is an Android-powered Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) built for bathymetric mapping in shallow or hard-to-access areas. Constructed with a corrosion-resistant Kevlar and carbon fiber hull, the vessel is designed for durability in challenging marine environments. It features integrated GNSS RTK positioning, a built-in echosounder, and a 360-degree camera with collision and shallow-water warning systems to facilitate safe, autonomous navigation and consistent data collection.

The iBoat BS12 supports a highly configurable payload system with a 25kg capacity, allowing operators to mount additional surveying equipment such as ADCPs, water samplers, side-scan sonars, and water quality meters. By replacing manual data collection on manned boats with an automated platform, it mitigates operational hazards and reduces overall costs. The system integrates directly with Hi-Target software for streamlined data processing, accommodating a variety of marine surveying applications from urban lake monitoring to coastal zone mapping.
